HOW TO PREPARE AND WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE HOME SELLING PROCESS

Below is an introduction of how we will help you during the home selling process, step by step:

  1. We will help you determine a competitive listing price that will best benefit you and advise much you can will earn after all of the closing costs associated with the transaction based on the listing price.
  2. Prepare the home for sale while we will take professional photographs of the interior and exterior as well as aerial drone photos of the property showing property boundaries from a bird's eye view.
  3. Market your home and spend our marketing dollars to get your property in front of as many well qualified buyers through social media, email blasts, property flyer's, and much more.
  4. Once pre qualified/cash buyers start making offer's on your home we will present each offer to you explaining all of the terms (price, deposit amount, closing date, cash or financing terms, inspection period needed for the buyer to inspect and make a decision if they would want to pursue the purchase, wait for the appraisal report if the offer is financed, etc.
  5. Close on your home.  We will advise you once the buyer and/or buyer's bank or mortgage company is ready to disperse your funds and we will schedule a closing date where you will turn the property over to the buyer leaving the key's, garage door opener's, or any other items that the buyer may need and you get paid!

  • Sign Documents: You’ll sign all closing paperwork (can be in person or remotely).
     
  • Receive Payment: Funds are wired to your account or given as a check.
     
  • Hand Over Keys: Congratulations—your home is officially sold!
